OUR STORY
Born in Mumbai. Built for Builders.
Teloz Spaces was born from a simple but powerful observation: great coworking was missing from the neighbourhoods where people actually live and work. Most flexible workspace options were concentrated in a handful of commercial hubs — leaving entire pin codes underserved. The founders set out to change that.
The idea was straightforward but ambitious: bring premium coworking closer to home. Instead of commuting across the city to a shared office, professionals and teams could find world-class workspace right in their own locality. This proximity model wasn't just convenient — it unlocked a new kind of productivity, one built around shorter commutes, stronger local communities, and better work-life integration.
To execute this vision at scale, Teloz deliberately focused on centres between 150 and 250 seats. Smaller than the mega-hubs, but large enough to deliver a full-service experience. This model allows Teloz to open across a greater number of pin codes, serve a more diverse client base, and build genuine community within each neighbourhood it enters.
Today, Teloz Spaces is home to hundreds of startups, growing SMEs, and enterprise teams across five Mumbai centres. Every location we open is chosen with one question in mind: where does the city still need a great place to work?

Andheri West Expansion

Dear friend,
We started Teloz because we were frustrated. Not with work — we love work. We were frustrated with where work had to happen.
For too long, the best offices were clustered in a handful of districts, forcing people to spend two hours a day commuting to places that — honestly — weren't even that great. Meanwhile, entire neighbourhoods full of talented, ambitious people had nowhere nearby that matched their potential.
So we asked: what if we flipped that? What if a world-class workspace was 10 minutes from your door, not an hour away? What if your office was in your neighbourhood — not just a functional space, but a place that actually made you want to come in?
That's the bet we made. And we're still making it, every time we open a new centre.
We're not a software company or a property developer. We're a team of people who genuinely care about the businesses inside our walls. We want to know your name. We want to know what you're building. And we want to help, in whatever way we can — whether that's a great desk, a warm introduction, or an honest conversation over a coffee.
