Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Teloz Spaces website and online enquiries. They do not replace a separate membership, licence, or lease agreement for workspace at our centres.
Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using the Teloz Spaces website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may change these terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or data; interfere with the Site’s operation; distribute malware; scrape or harvest data in bulk without permission; impersonate others; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws in India or your jurisdiction.
Enquiries, tours, and bookings
Forms and links on the Site (including tour requests) allow you to submit information to us. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability, pricing, or acceptance. Any space, membership, or licence is subject to a separate written agreement, due diligence, and our approval. Nothing on the Site alone forms a binding contract for office space.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep centre descriptions, imagery, amenities, and availability accurate and up to date, but they are for general information only and may change without notice. Final terms — including fees, allocation, and rules — are set out in your agreement with Teloz Spaces.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, layout, and software) are owned by Teloz Spaces or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for limited personal browsing or as allowed by law.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site is professional legal, financial, or tax advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teloz Spaces and its affiliates, directors, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall be limited to the amount you paid us specifically for use of the Site in the twelve months before the claim (if any), or one hundred Indian rupees (₹100), whichever is greater, except where the law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teloz Spaces from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Site, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
