About these policies
Teloz Spaces is operated by Stellar Management from its registered office at Suite No. 612, 6th Floor, A-Wing, Express Zone, Western Express Highway, Malad (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400097. These policies explain how we generally handle website enquiries, workspace tours, bookings, cancellations, refunds, service delivery, and centre usage. Signed membership, licence, lease, or service agreements may contain additional or different terms.
Enquiries and tours
Website forms, calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails are treated as enquiries only. Tour slots, centre availability, pricing, inclusions, seat counts, meeting-room access, and commercial terms are confirmed by our team before any booking or agreement is finalised.
Bookings and confirmations
A workspace, meeting room, virtual office plan, or managed office service is confirmed only after our team accepts the request and the required documentation, payment, deposit, or written agreement is completed, as applicable. We may decline or reschedule requests based on availability, compliance checks, operational requirements, or centre rules.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling rules depend on the service booked and the terms shared at confirmation. Tour requests can usually be rescheduled by contacting us in advance. Meeting-room, event, virtual office, managed office, and membership cancellations may be subject to notice periods, minimum commitments, lock-in periods, deductions, or charges stated in the relevant confirmation or agreement.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable booking confirmation, invoice, receipt, or written agreement. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable processing period, subject to banking timelines, statutory deductions, unpaid dues, and any non-refundable charges.
Service delivery
Workspace access, virtual office support, mail handling, meeting-room credits, reception support, internet, facility services, and other inclusions are delivered according to the selected plan or signed agreement. We may make reasonable operational changes to improve safety, compliance, maintenance, availability, or service quality.
Acceptable use
Members, visitors, and clients must use our centres lawfully, professionally, and without disrupting others. We may restrict access or services for misuse, unlawful activity, non-payment, safety concerns, harassment, damage to property, violation of centre rules, or breach of an agreement.
GST and documentation
GST registration support, registered address usage, mail handling, and related documentation depend on the selected virtual office or workspace plan, submission of required documents, successful verification, and applicable laws. Government approvals, GST outcomes, and statutory processing timelines are outside our direct control.
Updates to these policies
We may update these policies from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the website or our services after an update means you accept the revised policies, except where a signed agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
