    We start with your brief — team size, culture, budget, preferred areas, and growth. One working session is usually enough; then we match you to the best-fit floor across our five Mumbai centres, or source a new location when your requirements demand it.

    Design & build

    Our designers translate your brand into layouts, finishes, and furniture. We manage the full fit-out — construction, electrical, data cabling, AV, and installation — as one accountable team.

    Move in & manage

    After handover we run facility management, housekeeping, reception, and maintenance. You focus on work while we keep the floor running to standard.
